职位要求:
1. collect and collate the information of the assessment method and the assessment basis, and assist in the formulation of the assessment indexes of various departments according to the company's assessment system;
2. assisted in the design and assessment plan and participated in the implementation of the assessment schemes of various departments;
3. organize and analyze the assessment information and feedback the assessment results of each department;
4. establish personnel assessment and management information base to maintain information system data;
5. collect the problems encountered in the assessment and provide suggestions for the assessment system and indicators
1、收集、整理考核方法和考核依据的信息,根据公司考核制度协助制定各部门考核指标;
2、协助设计考核策划方案,参与各部门考核方案的实施工作;
3、整理和分析考核信息,反馈各部门考核结果;
4、建立人员考核管理信息库,维护信息系统数据;
5、收集考核中遇到的问题,提供考核体系和指标完善的建议
任职要求:
1. bachelor degree or above, with overseas education background preferred. more than two years of hr experience related to human resources.
2. two years and above related work experience in performance plan design;
3. proficient in using excel and ppt, have excellent data statistics analysis, data consolidation ability, strong logical thinking ability and clear organization;
4. strong communication, coordination and execution ability, independent analysis and problem solving ability;
5. proactive, strong sense of responsibility and strong resistance to stress.
1、本科及以上学历,有海外教育背景优先。人力资源等相关专业,两年以上人力资源工作经验;
2、两年及以上绩效方案设计等相关工作经验;
3、熟练运用excel、ppt,具有出色的数据统计分析、资料整理能力,逻辑思维能力强,条理清晰;
4、较强的沟通、协调、执行能力,有独立分析、解决问题能力;
5、工作积极主动,责任心强,抗压力强。
