职位描述：
major job responsibilities主要工作职责：
1. be responsible for gl booking ， bs reconciliation, china gaap is/bs/cf report and other financial reporting. 严格按照财务政策负责总账，如工资预提等总账费用预提和请款单审核。负责中国会计准则下的利润表，资产负责表，现金流量表及其他指定的财务报告。
2. responsible for monthly ar booking and closing on time, make sure closing timely & accuracy. prepare ar aging report， sale report, andd other financial reporting. 负责月度及年度客户模具、应收的记账以及结账，应收账款账龄分析，销售报告,确保结账及报告及时性、准确性。
3. provide financial information which reflect business facts, impacts, issues and trends, in finance metrics format, focusing on forecast and pro-active actions. 提供真实透明，反映业务事实的的财务数据，关注预算及事前控制。
4. strengthen plant internal control. 加强内部控制管理，尽量规避内控风险 。
5. improve accounting accuracy to meet management requirement and make sure no big adjustment on audit reports. 不断提高记账即时性及准确性，满足管理层的要求，并确保审计报告没有重大调整。
任职要求key requirements:
1. bachelor degree or above, finance accounting or related major 本科及以上学历,会计或其他财务相关专业
2. at least 5 years finance working experience in manufacturing environment, be familiar with finance policy both in prc gaap and us gaap至少5年制造业财务工作经验, 熟悉中国及美国会计准则
3. sap working experience will be preferred优先考虑有sap工作经验者
4. good communication skills both in english and chinese具有较强的中、英文沟通能力；
5. good teamwork player, have strong responsibility and can work under high pressure具有较强的团队合作精神；具有很强的工作责任心，能承担较大的工作压力；
6. godd ms office software skill具有较强的办公软件操作技能；
