职位描述：
职责描述：
1、understand and manage special requirements for different customer, and translate into plant internal standard；
识别和管理客户特殊要求，将顾客要求和需求转化为公司内部标准；
2、follow and break down the program timing plan for quality team and track each milestone;
根据项目计划制定质量部内部的项目计划并跟踪每个里程碑的完成；
3、lead quality apqp, including quality target set-up, joining in process cc/sc/ctq set-up, etc.
主导apqp阶段的质量策划，包括质量目标的设定和参与过程cc/sc/ctq的设定等
4、setting above goals
设定上述目标
5、planning machine/fixture/gauge and lead gauge planning;
根据质量目标，参与布局工艺路线设备模具方案评审；主导检具方案；
6、audit inspection instruction about new product (what to check/how /why/when) and train the team members；
审核新产品的检验指导书并实施培训；
7、establish monitoring method during each apqp phase and lead internal apqp gate review about quality
在apqp各阶段制定监控措施并主导apqp阶段质量相关的阀门评审。

10、involve in customer 2tp or phased ppap audit

12、lead quality problem solving in apqp phase and participate in other problem solving team to make sure all the quality requirements can be achieved

13、participate in cross functional team activities

14、ccsc list/fd/pfmea plan/review and cp make-up and update

16、follow up rpn reduction activities

17、participate ff as ci t card originator or owner, and review ci board with gl weekly；
作为ci t卡发起人或责任人参与 焦点工厂工作，每周参加工段长主持的ci看板会议。

履行ehs管理体系中相关职责
任职要求：
1、bachelor’s degree on mechanical engineering, material or related;
大学本科,机械或材料相关专业；
2、more than 2-year experiences in quality management, including more than 2-year experiences in automobile industry.
至少2年质量管理工作经验，至少2年汽车行业质量经验。
3、experienced in utilization of problem solving tools and program quality management；
问题解决及项目质量管理经验
4、good knowledge of apqp
良好的apqp知识
5、skilled in auto cad/ catia or similar software
熟练使auto cad和catia或等同软件
6、skilled in stainless steel welding quality
具备不锈钢焊接质量管理技能
7、good communication skills and team work spirit；
良好的沟通和团队协作精神
8、good english in reading and writing.
