Join us.Description Establish good relationships with ECAs with a good understanding of their various financing programs, especially Asia based ECAs such as Sinosure, China Ex-Im, India Ex-Im and JBIC. Coordinate with global ECA team and business units / legal entities on relevant ECA opportunities.Ability to leverage understanding of ECA programs and provide advisory on used of appropriate program to drive incremental sales.Collaborate closely with internal functional teams (Legal, Technical Accounting etc.) to ensure recommended financing structures are aligned / in compliance with Caterpillar’s requirements.Explore potential framework agreements with Asia ECAs with a focus on Sinosure to generate recurring financing capacity.Provide support and advisory service to business units / legal entities on ECA documentation / reporting requirements to ensure compliance.Work closely with banks on securing financing support for ECA backed transactions.Liaise with Dealer Service Distribution on appropriate invoicing structures.Educating business units / legal entities on ECA programs to drive awareness.Provide day-to-day support on core Treasury functions involving more than 20 manufacturing entities / > 60 business units. Cash management activities including daily cash positioning, managing local cash pooling structures in line with local regulatory requirements. Support global cash deployment efforts through factoring initiatives and disciplined cash repatriation process that complies with local regulatory measures. Liquidity investment related activities including approved money market fund investments and deposits.Bank management involving corporate bank relationships, minimizing bank accounts / bank fees, improving bank account visibility. Collaborates with Corporate Treasury and other regional treasury centers to develop and ensure consistent use of standard global processes.Cash forecasting activities such as collaborating with business units / legal entities on monthly cash forecast, forecaster training and review of forecast accuracy.Provides funding support to all business units / legal entities through inter-company loans.Participate in global / regional projects. Basic QualificationsUniversity degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, International Business or equivalent.5-8 years of job-related experience in Finance / Treasury. Good interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate internally across different business units / functional areas and externally such as banks, dealers, Export Credit Agencies (ECAs).
